You can book a ride instantly using the Unto mobile app. Simply enter pickup & drop location, choose a ride type, and confirm the booking. A nearby driver will be assigned automatically.
Once your ride is booked, the Unto app shows live tracking including driver location, vehicle details, arrival time, and navigation. You can also share your ride for safety.
Go to Help → Lost & Found in the Unto app, select your trip, and report the lost item. Our team will help you contact the driver and recover your belongings.
Yes, you can cancel your ride anytime before the trip begins. However, cancellation charges may apply depending on the situation and time of cancellation.
Unto supports multiple payment methods including Cash, UPI, Cards, and the Unto Wallet (if enabled). You can select your preferred method while booking.
You can apply through the Unto Driver app or website by submitting your documents such as CNIC/Aadhaar, Driving License, Vehicle Papers, and a profile photo. After verification, you can start driving and earning.
