1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued only in cases where services paid for were not provided, or there was a clear mistake on our part.

Refunds for rides or services are subject to verification and approval by our support team.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

2. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

3. NON-ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to service faults.

Refunds will not be issued for rides where the rider was present and the ride was completed as scheduled.

No refunds for scheduled rides cancelled outside the allowed cancellation time window defined in our terms of service.
